Description
A successful secondary school in Hammersmith & Fulham is recruiting for an organised and approachable Attendance Officer. This Attendance Officer position in Hammersmith and Fulham is an excellent fit for a graduate with strong communication skills and an interest in education, social care, or pastoral work.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and report on student attendance and punctuality
Follow up with parents and carers regarding absences
Liaise with pastoral and safeguarding teams to support students
Ensure data accuracy using the school MIS system
Implement attendance interventions and support strategiesRequirements:
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
Experience with school or youth-focused administration (desirable)
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism
