Admissions Officer – Part Time Close date 10/12/2025
Salary GBP23,557 gross per annum pro rata 18.5 hrs per week Work pattern will be discussed with the successful candidate but will be either:
All day Monday and Tuesday, plus Wednesday morning
Or
Wednesday afternoon, all day Thursday and Friday
The Role
Working within the MIS/IT Services you will be required to provide comprehensive admission support to the college and prospective learners. You will work with the Admissions Manager to coordinate the day–to–day admissions service, inclusive of regular interview evenings and attendance at open events. You will provide a consistent and effective service for all stakeholders.
What are we looking for?
You must be able to evidence by production of qualification certificates that you are qualified to Level 2 in English and Maths. You will have significant experience of a customer service background and the ability to work in a highly organised, methodical and accurate manner to deal with a demanding workload and achieve deadlines and targets.
