He benefits from structure, low-demand support and engaging activities to help him stay motivated and regulated.

The Role at a Glance: You will provide 1:1 support in Sam’s home, just a 10-minute drive from his family. The focus is on reducing anxiety and supporting Sam’s sense of control using collaborative, low-demand approaches. Clear, calm communication is essential, as Sam is highly sensitive to tone and language. The role includes supporting Sam with daily dog walks, ensuring he remains in charge of his pets’ care, as well as completing admin tasks such as managing payroll, carer leave, and organising appointments. As photography is a key interest, you’ll accompany Sam on trips to locations for shoots, so confident driving is essential.
