I am a forty year old man living in Ringmer with my very supportive family who will liaise with you regarding the support required. I have extreme ME, which is very debilitating, I have sensory sensitivity to sound and smell, and often feel too exhausted to verbally communicate due to the impact of ME. I would like a PA to support with making lunch and assisting with any domestic tasks required, particularly cleaning. To spend time with me if I am feeling up to it and to read to me if I wish and time allows.

Currently I am looking for one 2-hour slot from noon until 2.00pm although I am flexible on the days and times. The hours may increase in the future.

Duties include:

- Other relevant duties as required

- Housekeeping

- Cooking

- Companionship

- Food preparation & cooking

Candidate qualities:

- Respectful of the employer's privacy and confidentiality

- Reliable with good timekeeping

- Able to both follow instructions and work on own initiative

- Hygienic, tidy and well organised

- Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties

Additional requirements

Non-smoker preferred or someone willing to refrain from smoking during working hours
