Your new role

As Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and staff, delivering a warm, prompt and professional service. Your responsibilities will include:

Meeting and greeting visitors and building usersHandling queries and complaints via phone, email and in personMaintaining a tidy and well-presented reception areaManaging visitor records and ensuring compliance with security and evacuation proceduresOperating telecommunications and security systemsAssisting with general office duties, including deliveries and correspondenceProviding local information (transport, parking, restaurants) when requiredWhat you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in a customer service or reception roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organisational skills and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systemsProfessional, approachable and flexible attitudeWhat you'll get in return
