Description

INITIAL 3-MONTH CONTRACT IN BIRCHAM NEWTON Are you passionate about delivering high-quality products and services that make a real impact? My client is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Assistant Product Co-Ordinator to support their Product Team in the end-to-end delivery of customer-driven solutions that meet industry needs and objectives. This is a fantastic opportunity to work collaboratively across teams, develop your product knowledge, and contribute to the success of services that support the UK construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate delivery activities across internal and external teams.

- Monitor performance against service level agreements.

- Support financial tracking and reporting for products and services.

- Assist in resolving customer complaints and feedback.

- Analyse data to inform product performance and delivery.

- Share insights and reports across teams to support decision-making.

- Build and maintain strong working relationships across the business and with external stakeholders.

- Represent the company at internal and external meetings.

Essential Skills & Experience:

- Confident communicator across written, verbal, and face-to-face formats.

- Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.

- Numerate and computer-literate with attention to detail.

- Experience in stakeholder engagement and customer service.

Desirable:

- Experience supporting product or service delivery.

- Background in product/service or project management environments.

This is an additional role required by the client, and the temp contract is initially for 3 months, but could be longer. The role is based in Bircham Newton, but hybrid working will be offered once fully trained.
