Focus Search and Selection have partnered with a reputable Chartered Financial Planner who is seeking an experienced Team Support to join their growing team.

Overview To deliver comprehensive administrative support to the Private Client team, ensuring the efficient and accurate management of client data and documentation.To uphold the integrity of client records by maintaining accurate, organized, and securely stored information across all relevant systems.Key ResponsibilitiesEnter and maintain client and financial information within the firm's internal systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.Scan, upload, and correctly file documents in line with internal procedures and data management standards.Prepare, compile, and distribute documentation packs for client review meetings.Record and interpret client risk assessment data to assist advisers in determining appropriate investment strategies.Complete post-meeting administrative tasks in accordance with internal checklists and service standards.Work collaboratively with the team to monitor and schedule upcoming client reviews, ensuring all associated records are current.Perform client due diligence and anti-money laundering checks for both individual and corporate clients.Produce and issue provider correspondence, such as letters of authority and change of agency requests, maintaining accurate logs of all related activity.Conduct policy and product analysis to support advisers in providing informed recommendations.Provide general administrative assistance to the Private Client team, including handling correspondence, filing, and document management.Take ownership of professional development by maintaining up-to-date training records, tracking objectives, and recording progress.For more information please call Jaiden Walker or apply direct to this advert directly.
