Red Recruitment is looking to recruit hard-working and highly motivated, target-driven Sales Agents with previous telesales experience to join our client in North Bristol.

Our client is the UK's market-leading health insurance, life insurance and income protection comparison service.

Full training and continuous coaching and development is provided, the basic salary is GBP35,000 per annum, and there is an opportunity to earn up to GBP100,000.

Making outbound and taking inbound sales callsHandling sales enquiries for a range of insurance productsMeeting and exceeding individual targetsProviding an advisory service to clients, so recommendations on the insurance providers and their policies can be madeUndertaking a fact-finding process to find out the wants and needs of the client as well as their affordable monthly budgetOvercoming objections by highlighting the features and benefits of the wide range of productsEnsuring every client receives excellent service, in order to convert leads into salesKey Skills and Experience of a Sales Agent:
