Based in luxury offices in the heart of Ashford town, this is an exciting opportunity to join a forward–thinking business, reporting directly to the Head of Segment Marketing.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to take the lead in driving brand and product strategy. You ll play a pivotal role in steering product innovation, crafting impactful marketing campaigns, and fuelling strong segment growth across categories.

In this influential role, you will lead the segment strategy, collaborate with teams across Europe, and bring market–driven insight to life through successful product launches and targeted marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to workplace environments. Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine positioning and strategy. Define segment–specific sales targets and marketing KPIs aligned with wider business objectives. Product Management

Build deep market understanding through research, customer feedback, and trend analysis. Collaborate with European factories and European Marketing teams to align on product development tailored to local needs. Work closely with fellow segment marketing managers to drive consistency across multiple sectors. Partner with R&D and sales teams to enhance existing products and introduce innovative solutions. Lead product launches supported by both direct sales channels and digital marketing activity. Monitor product performance and profitability to inform strategic decisions. Sales & Marketing Collaboration

Equip the sales team with tools, training, and materials needed for successful product promotion. Partner with the marketing communications team to deliver compelling, segment–specific campaigns. Lead cross–functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of strategic initiatives. Agency & Consultant Management

Identify and build relationships with agencies, consultants, and external partners to support marketing goals. Ensure all partners uphold brand values and deliver work of the highest quality. Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and track ROI across all paid collaborations. Industry Engagement & Networking

Build strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including developers, consultants, and professionals. Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Stay engaged with industry bodies and forums, contributing to thought leadership and staying ahead of emerging trends. Gather industry feedback and use insights to guide product development and marketing activities. Budget Management

Oversee the marketing budget for the segment, ensuring effective allocation of resources. Track and report on spending, adjusting strategies to maximise ROI. Provide senior management with regular budget and campaign performance updates. Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (advanced qualifications desirable). Proven experience in product management and marketing. Strong analytical ability with expertise in interpreting market trends and data. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder–management skills.
