Digital Sales & Marketing Manager (3 5 days per week)
Location: Staffordshire
Hours 15hrs/week hybrid and fully flexible with some on–site work required.
Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience, offered on a pro rata basis hours per week (GBP30,000 GBP35,000 per annum full–time equivalent)

The Organisation
Our client is an exciting jewellery business, founded approximately 5 years ago.
The founder must be one of the youngest independent jewellers in the country as he has held a passion for gold and antique jewellery since he was just 13 and initially travelling to antique fairs all over the Midlands and North West, before starting his online business selling one–off second hand jewellery pieces and luxury watches through ebay and via his online websites. Two years ago, he opened his first shop, serving customers from all over Staffordshire and beyond, which has been a fantastic success.
It is a small friendly team and is dedicated to building long term relationships with customers offering the highest levels of customer service and a range of services from jewellery repairs, buying gold and silver jewellery, selling second hand jewellery, luxury watches and also offering a unique ring design service across Staffordshire.

Role Overview
This is a highly commercial role with freedom and flexibility creatively to develop a winning approach to maximise online sales.
We are seeking a highly organised, self–motivated Digital Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the growth of our online sales, collaborating closely with the owner, to promote the business locally and nationally, increasing brand awareness and sales.
The ideal candidate will have a real interest in jewellery, love engaging with customers and working as part of a team, be a self–starter who thrives working at pace and delivering real commercial results. They will take full ownership of online activity from marketing right through to fulfilment of online orders.
As a small but rapidly growing business, there are lots of opportunities for the right candidate to grow their role within the business.
Key Responsibilities
Build online presence. Drive traffic to the websites through effective Website management & development & SEO. Manage socials make them the family jeweller of choice across Staffordshire through proactive engaging content management, building followers and interaction. Drive & manage online sales. Manage our full online presence and user experience. Create powerful listening skills across all platforms, maximizing sales conversions. Ensure all listings and the website has visual impact to drive sales. Lead the creative style to maxmise interest and sales, personally photographing watches in house. Implement consistent marketing campaigns to drive online enquiries and footfall. Manage customer interaction & queries. Generate opportunities. Manage customer interaction & queries. Manage customer communication & engagement. Supplier Management Performance & Reporting What They Are Looking For
They are looking for an experienced and self–driven online Digital Sales & Marketing Manager who takes real pride and ownership in their work and is customer first and driven by results. You ll be someone who is disciplined, works at pace and under their own steam. while working in close partnership with the rest of the team to ensure the business runs smoothly and effectively.
This role requires a blend of independence, initiative, and collaboration someone who can both lead on digital activity and support with delivery and customer experience.
You Will Be Someone Who:
Has a strong background in digital sales and marketing, ideally in a high–ticket/value business Take ownership and pride in delivering results professionally. Possesses exceptional communication, organisational and planning and implementation skills. Can plan as well as execute campaigns from inception, through to fulfilment. Ensuring the customer experience is differentiated, efficient and professional at all times. Experience managing suppliers, compliance, and administrative systems. Proficiency with CRMs (ideally Pipedrive & Shopify) and comfort working with AI systems. Possesses a high degree of autonomy and accountability. Possesses the ability to build strong relationships and work as part of a small friendly team.
