Key Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed agreed new and used vehicle sales targets Deliver an exceptional customer experience, from enquiry to handover Build long–term relationships that encourage loyalty and referrals Maintain accurate records of all customer contact and activity Handle all queries and complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction Keep up to date with manufacturer product knowledge, finance, and offers Your Background & Skills

Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive within the motor trade Confident following an established sales process and working to KPIs Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Driven, professional, and customer–focused with strong attention to detail Full UK Driving Licence essential Benefits
