They're now looking for an experienced and ambitious Sales Controller to lead their dynamic sales team to even greater success.

This role is ideal for a high–performing Business Manager or Transaction Manager who's ready to step up and thrive in a more senior, results–driven position.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading, managing and motivating the sales team to consistently deliver exceptional resultsDriving daily operations including deal files, customer handovers, and sales funnel managementMaintaining showroom standards, vehicle presentation, and overall customer experienceMaximising every sales opportunity and ensuring the team exceeds performance and manufacturer targetsCollaborating with other departments to streamline operations and enhance the customer journeyEmbedding a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and customer focus

What We're Looking For

A proven background in automotive sales with a strong performance track recordExperience in leading or supervising a team, with the ability to inspire and influenceExcellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skillsCommercially minded, target–driven, and tech–savvyAdaptable, proactive, and passionate about the car industry

Working Pattern

4 to 5 long days per week, covering both weekdays and weekends (rota–based)

Pay and Benefits

42,000 basic salaryRealistic OTE with an achievable, uncapped bonus structureCompany–wide incentives, performance–based competitions, and additional rewards
