Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience, communication, and operational performance. Preferred Requirements of the Customer Account Manager? Lead regular customer reviews and align on priorities, risks, and forward plans, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to delivery and revenue. Manage delivery performance across the full customer lifecycle, ensuring alignment to customer expectations for quality, on–time delivery, and responsiveness. Provide clear visibility of demand, risks, and opportunities, supporting accurate forecasting and planning activities. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality) to deliver consistent and reliable customer outcomes. Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience, communication, and operational performance. Preferred Qualifications of the Customer Account Manager? Extensive experience working in low volume, high product mix, build–to–print, and design to spec environments, preferably in the Aerospace or a similar industry. Demonstrable experience of effective negotiation and influencing skills, as well as the ability to thrive under pressure and deliver against deadlines. Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience in the use of ERP systems for basic business management. What will the Customer Account Manager get in return?
