Location: Swansea

Salary: Up to 45,000 depending on experience (negotiable)

As part of a growing business, they are seeking an Admin Lead who will play a central role in supporting the Managing Director and ensuring the smooth operation of the organisation. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of key operational functions in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

The Role

This is a senior, hands–on position combining Business Services leadership with Executive Assistant support to the Managing Director.

Sitting at the heart of the organisation, you will ensure internal administration, processes, and support functions operate effectively. You will work closely with the Managing Director and the wider leadership team, taking ownership of critical operational activities and helping maintain high standards across the business.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in an SME environment, where flexibility, organisation, and accountability are essential. It is also a strong fit for an experienced Office Manager, Operations Administrator, or Business Services professional who is used to supporting senior leadership while overseeing internal operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide proactive Executive Assistant support to the Managing Director, managing schedules, priorities, and key actions while ensuring delegated tasks are completed.Lead the Business Services and administration function, coordinating activities and chairing regular team meetings.Support the Client Support / Sales Administration function through the Team Lead to ensure smooth team operations.Maintain internal documentation, company policies, and the Company Manual, keeping processes up to date and accessible.Support HR administration and recruitment processes where required.Oversee facilities and general office operations to ensure smooth day–to–day running of the business.Manage administrative compliance requirements, including GDPR, and assist with tender submissions and compliance documentation.Coordinate corporate social responsibility and environmental documentation as needed.Support the company's use of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and contribute to improving internal systems, processes, and ways of working.Requirements
