We re looking for a hands–on, high–performing Branch Manager or a proven Senior Consultant/Team Leader ready to step up who still loves the buzz of winning business and closing deals.

This is a role for a doer who leads by example, not from behind a desk.

What You ll Be Doing

Leading from the front with consistent new business wins Running your own billing desk (temp/perm) alongside managing the team Building strong, long–term client relationships across the region Coaching and developing consultants to improve performance Creating a high–energy, success–driven culture Driving branch growth, profitability, and market presence What We re Looking For

Proven Branch Manager experience or a top–performing Senior Consultant/Team Leader ready to step up A strong track record in recruitment sales and billing Someone who still enjoys being on the tools and closing deals and building meaningful and long term relationships Commercially sharp, with a clear understanding of margin and growth A leader who inspires through actions, not just words Ambitious, competitive, and motivated by success and reward What You ll Get
