About the Role

As Retail Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the Store Manager and leading a high–performing team within a fast–paced, high–volume retail environment. You'll be responsible for driving operational excellence, developing your team, and delivering outstanding customer experiences, while building the skills needed for future Store Management opportunities.

Key Responsibilities of the Retail Manager

Take ownership of a key department and assume Duty Manager responsibilities when requiredLead, coach, and motivate colleagues to create a positive and productive working environmentDeliver exceptional customer service standards across all areas of the storeMaintain high standards of stock management, merchandising, and store presentationEnsure full compliance with Health & Safety and company policiesWhat We're Looking For in an Retail Manager

Previous experience as a Supervisor, Leader or Department Manager or similar leadership role within a fast–paced retail environment
