Up to GBP35,000 DOE + generous bonus structureCentral LondonA leading, design-led brand is looking for a charismatic and customer-focussed Retail Store Manager to take over their Flagship London store. This global business already has an expansive and very successful retail presence across Europe and are market leaders in their field.You will be an experienced and confident retail salesperson who is very Brand aware, and someone who puts the customer experience at the heart of everything they do. You will have strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop and mentor your team, whilst being proactive and organised to successfully manage the daily operations of the store, track inventory, and undertake sales reporting. Your line manager will not be based in the UK, so you must also be a confident decision maker, and thrive working in a role autonomously.This is a great opportunity to join a progressive brand that is experiencing huge growth and success.Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and driving sales, and inspiring and motivating your team to surpass targetsDelivering exceptional service, fostering strong customer relationships, and building brand loyaltyPossessing expert product knowledge and training the sales team to become experts themselvesOwning the store's visual merchandising, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and creating captivating window displaysTracking and managing inventory, optimising stock levels, and effectively planning intakeManaging daily store operations, including creating and managing the team rota, to ensure sales goals are metProviding sales reports to the regional manager, participating in sales meetings, and offering valuable recommendations based on customer and market feedbackHandling cash flow, floats, and bank transfers to ensure smooth financial operationsTraining, supporting, developing, and mentoring the sales team to unleash their full potentialEnsuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining store upkeepTaking charge of recruitment and onboarding processes for new team membersSkills & experience we're looking for:
