Description

Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator

Location: Hybrid working with 2 days weekly travel to our Keele office

Rate: 13.50 p/h

Duration: Temporary Ongoing

We're looking for a Recruiter / Sourcer to join our growing team and support recruitment delivery across a range of client programmes. In this role, you'll take ownership of sourcing candidate for our high volume recruitment campaigns, managing them through the recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring service levels and performance targets are consistently met.

You'll work closely with Recruiters, Account Managers, Recruitment Business Partners, and hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines and deliver a positive candidate and client experience.

What you'll be doing

Working within our high volume recruitment campaign teamScreen and interview candidates against agreed criteriaManage candidates from pre-screen through to offer or rejectionSupport our Onboarding team with pre employment checksPrepare shortlists and schedule interviewsMaintain accurate data using our ATS and CRM systemsProvide a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers What we're looking for

Previous experience in an administrative, customer contact , coordination, or recruitment roleExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to build effective working relationshipsHighly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesA team player with a strong customer-service mindsetWillingness to learn, adaptable, and proactive in approachStrong knowledge IT systems such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Personal attributes
