OverviewWe are looking for a driven and delivery-focused Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Hove. This role is primarily focused on resourcing and delivering across a high volume of live vacancies, working with existing clients to fill roles quickly and effectively.

You will recruit across a broad range of IT positions, including sales, delivery, operational, and technical roles. While new business development is welcomed, this is not a core requirement-the emphasis is on high-quality delivery.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage and deliver multiple IT vacancies simultaneously across sales, delivery, operational, and technical functionsSource, screen, and qualify candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct searchWork closely with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements and prioritiesManage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, offers, and placementMaintain strong candidate relationships to ensure a positive experienceMeet delivery targets and support overall team performanceAccurately update CRM systems and recruitment trackersSupport new business activity where appropriate (not essential)Required Skills & ExperienceIdeally 2+ years' experience as a Recruitment Consultant (IT or tech-focused preferred, but not essential)Strong delivery mindset with the ability to manage high volumes of rolesExperience recruiting across multiple job functions or disciplinesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentStrong organisational skills and attention to detailTeam-oriented with a proactive, positive attitudeDesirable (but not essential)Exposure to IT or technology recruitmentExperience with new business development or account growthFamiliarity with ATS/CRM systemsWhat We OfferHybrid working from our Hove officeStrong flow of live roles and active clientsCompetitive base salary plus commissionSupportive, collaborative team environmentOpportunity to grow into a 360 or specialist role if desiredClear progression and development opportunities
