Salary: GBP27,000 GBP32,000 DOE + highly lucrative, no-threshold commission

Location: Digbeth, Birmingham

The Role

We re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who enjoys the pace, challenge and reward of 360 recruitment ideally with temp/contract experience in construction, engineering or a similar technical sector.

What you ll be doing:

Building new business and developing warm client relationships Opening new sites with existing clients Managing your own projects, workforce and desk Working closely with candidates to ensure smooth placements Growing your own revenue with full autonomy and support If you re driven, commercial and confident on the phone, you ll thrive here.
