Description
SF Partners are recruiting for a Learning & Development Coordinator to help organise employee training and professional development.
Working closely with the L&D Manager, you'll keep learning activities on track, maintain accurate records and act as a helpful point of contact for employees and external training providers.
GBP30,000-GBP35,000 depending on experience
Full time - Hybrid working available
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating training bookings, assessments and enrolments.
- Tracking learning progress, deadlines and costs.
- Maintaining accurate records and producing reports.
- Liaising with training providers to resolve queries and support learners.
- Coordinating mandatory training across the business.
- Updating learning materials and improving administrative processes.
About you
You'll have at least two years' experience in a similar role, with strong organisational skills and a thorough approach to administration. You'll be comfortable managing competing deadlines, working across different systems and building relationships with colleagues and external providers.
Experience within a busy HR or L&D team is relevant. Familiarity with learning management systems and CIPD Level 3 would be useful but are not essential.
A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required are essential.
