Meridian Business Support is seeking an experienced White Collar Labour Manager / Recruitment Consultant to join our Head Office team in Wythenshawe.

As a White Collar Labour Manager / Recruitment Consultant, you will focus on recruiting professional and technical talent within the construction sector while developing strong relationships with contractors and clients.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification to placementBuilding and developing client relationshipsSourcing, screening and interviewing candidatesGenerating new business opportunities and growing existing accountsNegotiating offers and delivering an excellent customer experienceAchieving individual and team targets

To succeed as a White Collar Labour Manager / Recruitment Consultant, you will have:
