We're looking for an ambitious individual to join our growing team in Cheltenham. Previous recruitment experience is welcome but not essential. If you've worked in a customer–facing role, enjoy talking to people and aren't afraid to pick up the phone, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a fast–paced role where you'll build relationships with clients and candidates, identify opportunities, and help businesses find the right people. You'll receive full training and support, but success in this role comes from having a positive attitude, strong communication skills and the determination to achieve your goals.

What you'll be doing

Speaking with candidates and clients by telephone and emailBuilding and maintaining strong professional relationshipsIdentifying new business opportunitiesMatching candidates to vacanciesManaging the recruitment process from initial enquiry through to placementWorking towards individual and team targetsKeeping accurate records and maintaining compliance standardsWhat we're looking for

Confidence when speaking with people over the telephonePrevious customer service, sales or customer–facing experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA positive, resilient and proactive attitudeStrong organisational skills and attention to detailComfortable working towards targets in a sales environmentA willingness to learn and developWhat we offer
