Lead the daily delivery of Human Resources activity across the organisation.Provide practical direction on people matters to keep work moving smoothly.Set clear priorities for the Human Resources department during the interim period.Work with colleagues to address people-related queries and maintain consistent support.Review current people processes and identify practical areas for improvement.Maintain clear communication on Human Resources activity across the organisation.Manage the handover of key people activity to ensure continuity throughout the temporary assignment.Profile

A successful 'Interim Head Of People' should have:

Experience leading a Human Resources function or people-focused department.Strong knowledge of day-to-day people practices and processes.The ability to set priorities and manage a varied workload.Confidence providing clear guidance on people matters.Experience reviewing and improving Human Resources processes.The ability to communicate clearly with colleagues across an organisation.Must hold a current Enhanced DBS.Job Offer
