As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll generate new business through cold calling, develop lasting client relationships and manage the recruitment process from identifying talent to securing placements.

You'll receive hands–on training and support from experienced consultants, alongside a 28,000 basic salary, uncapped commission and regular opportunities to progress based on your performance.

THE ROLE

– Generate new business through outbound sales and cold calling.

– Build strong relationships with clients across the UK.

– Source, screen and interview candidates for specialist roles.

– Manage the full recruitment process, from winning vacancies to negotiating offers.

– Develop your own specialist market and work towards individual and team targets.
