The Role

Build and develop relationships with clients across the Engineering and Technology sectorsGenerate new business through outbound sales activity and cold callingManage the full 360 recruitment process from business development to placementSource, screen, and interview candidatesAdvertise vacancies and proactively headhunt talentNegotiate offers and manage recruitment processes through to completionBuild a specialist market and become a trusted recruitment partnerWork towards individual and team performance targets What We Offer
