Role & Responsibilities of the HR Business Partner:

Partner with managers across your allocated business areas to deliver the full employee lifecycle, ensuring people processes are consistently applied. Coach, support and develop managers to build confidence in leading their teams, managing performance, and applying HR policies effectively. Monitor attendance, wellbeing and engagement trends, providing early intervention, recommendations and support where needed. Manage and guide managers through disciplinary, grievance and ER casework, ensuring compliance and strong documentation. Lead on talent development activities including PDRs, progression pathways, training attendance and succession planning. Support organisational design, job description updates and role change communication. Maintain accurate people data, utilise HR systems, and identify patterns or areas for improvement. Support HR policy reviews, HR/People initiatives, site visits, and ad-hoc People projects across the organisation.

About YOU as the HR Business Partner:

Strong generalist HR background with proven experience partnering with managers at all levels. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders. Confident communicator and influencer who builds trust quickly and coaches managers effectively. High attention to detail with strong ability to analyse people data and translate it into meaningful insight. Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-focused approach and an interest in continuous improvement. Demonstrates integrity, confidentiality, and a genuine passion for supporting people to perform at their best. Full UK Drivers licence as site visits nationally are expected
