To clarify details: There is one bathroom, couples are not considered due to this reason. There is no shared living room. The maisonette is on the first and second floor, there's a small front garden. Well behaved, house-trained pets will be considered, however, one housemate has a cat allergy, so I will prioritise tenants without cats. All bills and fees included, except Band B Council Tax, which you'll need to register for as per the new laws (or not, if you are a student). Smokers can be considered, but absolutely no smoking or vaping indoors is allowed.


Fully furnished with a double bed, desk, chair, large wardrobe, some decor. There are various bits of art around the house and you are free to hang your own on the walls with sticky hooks.
