​I am a self-employed business owner looking for a 1 or 2-bedroom property (flat, cottage, or house) to rent in Glenrothes, Kirkcaldy, or surrounding areas.
​I am relocating from the islands back to the mainland to be closer to family in Fife. My current house sale is progressing well and is scheduled for completion around December 2026, so I am looking ahead to see what might be coming available around that time. I am flexible on the exact moving date for the right place.

​Mature, quiet, clean, and reliable tenant.
​Self-employed professional with fully documented income, proof of funds, and excellent references available upon request.
​Non-smoker.

​Pets:
I have a very calm, well-behaved older dog and a couple of small, clean indoor caged pets. The dog is quiet, house-trained, and causes no damage whatsoever.
