You can pay for a £200 refundable deposit – the guest will be provided a refund within 5-10 business days after checkout, provided there is no damage, and all house rules have been followed during your stay.

Or

£55 non-refundable waiver – No deposit needed, and you’re covered for up to £105 in damages.
