Description
I am a professional musician and have been teaching privately (singing, piano, violin, music theory) for over 10 years. I started the violin and piano at the age of five and went on to play violin in the prestigious Liverpool Philharmonic Youth Orchestra up until the age of eighteen. I have a Masters degree in classical and operatic singing from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and two bachelor of music degrees from the University of Manchester and the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire (where I was a scholarship student). I love singing an array of genres including classical/opera, musical theatre, pop, jazz, folk and soul/motown. For stage and screen work I am represented by Anthony Williams at Keddie Scott Associates. I have worked for many prestigious theatre and opera companies including: Thursford Christmas Spectacular, Shone Productions, Longborough Opera Festival, HERA Theatre Company, Opera de Baugé and Opera Holland Park.
