I'm an energetic personal trainer and sports coach with over 8 years of experience, I've been involved in sports and fitness for over 20 years, and I'm a former football player and was part of the u14 National Youth Football Team.
Sessions will be held in a gym(currently in Energie Fitness Borough). I offer a free consultation in person or online to discuss goals and put a plan in place.
