Description
Hi everyone,
I'm currently taking on new students to teach flexibility and yoga to. My services include teachings in handstands, headstands, deep backbends, hip openers, development of mind-body connection, and strength training.
I offer one to ones with my clients and ensure that a specific goal is approached mindfully whilst managing expectations. My services are mobile based or online depending on what works best for my clients.
