Just a little bit about me and what I offer! I am a highly experienced and qualified fitness professional, personal trainer and Pilates instructor with over 26 years experience within the fitness industry. I have helped many different clients right across the board ranging from pre and post natal women, people recovering from injuries and serious illness, right the way through to competitive athletes to achieve there personal health and fitness targets, and of course those who just want to feel healthier and those who want to lose a few pounds. I specialise in working with people who are new to exercise and those who find it hard to make exercise part of their day to day life,
Men and woman who have busy and demanding lifestyles who may feel at times that it is difficult to find the time to exercise. I help my clients to make sure that exercise, health and fitness becomes and stays part of their lifestyle and something that they can make part of their day to day routine. I help them to keep themselves in the best possible shape physically and mentally and to embrace an active lifestyle that fits with in their demanding schedules.
Whether it’s semi private group training or working with me 1-2-1 I aim make training for my clients as convenient as possible by traveling to them at home, at work, or a place of their choice, to minimise the time that is needed to spend taking part in their training programme. I design and coach them through workouts designed specifically for their own individual needs and targets, whilst still making sure the workouts are varied and fun! I provide all of the necessary equipment and working together, I make sure all progress is being monitored and logged to make sure we are always moving that step closer to each individual Clients end goal!
I help to educate them about food and nutrition, and ways in which they can lead a healthier lifestyle whilst still being able to enjoy life!!
