Federica has been extremely professional since day 1. She keeps every session fresh by using different training techniques, she motivates but also challenges you every time. She is also a wonderful and kind person and an absolute pleasure to train with. I would give her 100 stars if I could! I highly recommend Federica and will keep training with her for many years to come.

Federica is brilliant. She varies the exercises, works you very hard and tailors the session to suit you and any weaknesses eg back problems. She's great company too.
