I specialise in boxing and HITT training, I competed as an amateur boxer so have a good background in the sports and it’s fundamentals.

I also do weight training and help to work improve peoples mobility and range of movement.

I’m here to promote a healthy balanced lifestyle to all my clients through my personal training and sports massage therapy sessions.

I have an outdoor gym space in Watford with parking. But I can also bring the gym to the comfort of your own home.

I had the most amazing deep tissue sports massage from Luca. He was very knowledgeable and I felt I was in very good hands. He got right into all my knots and my stiff back felt much better afterwards. I highly recommend him and will definitely become a regular client

First time using Luca, and I was very impressed! He did an amazing job massaging my neck and shoulder which have been giving me some issues for over a week. He listened to the problems I'd been having and took real care to apply the right massage techniques to give almost instant relief to my shoulder.
