I’m Wes, a friendly, supportive Personal Trainer based in Longfield, and I specialise in helping busy mums (and dads) who want to feel like themselves again — stronger, more energised, more confident, and less overwhelmed by the pressures of daily life.
If you’re juggling work, kids, school runs, and everything in between, the last thing you need is a strict fitness plan or an intense influencer-style routine.
My approach is the opposite:
Simple, flexible fitness that fits around real family life.
I work with mums who:
✔ haven’t exercised much lately
✔ want more energy for daily life
✔ feel uncomfortable in their clothes
✔ struggle to find time for themselves
✔ want support without judgement or pressure
✔ want a trainer who understands how busy life really is
You can train at home, outdoors, or at a local facility if you prefer a change of environment — whatever helps you feel comfortable and supported.
My coaching is built on 3 things:
• No guilt — no pressure, no shame, no “shoulds”
• Simplicity — sessions that slot into your week without stress
• Support — encouragement over intensity, confidence over perfection
You’ll learn how to move better, get stronger, and feel fitter — all through relaxed, beginner-friendly sessions that are designed for mums who have limited time and lots on their plate.
