Residential Property Paralegal
Circa £28K
(TN13) Sevenoaks, Kent – Full-time | Office-based
An established, award-winning law firm in Kent is looking for a Residential Property Paralegal to support an experienced conveyancer with a busy caseload, including high-net-worth transactions. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment that prioritises career development.
The role involves managing files, issuing contract papers, assisting with exchanges and completions, liaising with clients and stakeholders, preparing legal documentation, conducting searches, and handling post-completion matters.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a busy residential property team, excellent administration and organisational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a proactive, client-focused approach.
