Description
Location: Ringwood
Salary: £24K - £26K dependent on experience
Hours: Office based Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Benefits: 23 days hols + Bank hols, birthday off, 1/2 day Christmas shopping, free parking, pension
Aspire Jobs are delighted to be working in partnership with our professional services client who are a small, friendly and very welcoming firm based in Ringwood. They are urgently looking for an experienced Typist to join their busy team. This role will see you typing out dictations so good attention to detail is essential.
The nature of the work undertaken within the department is diverse, engaging and rewarding and this is a fabulous opportunity for someone looking to become an integral member of a supportive and dynamic team.
The successful Typist will:
* Possess strong experience working either in a typist or secretarial role
* Have a positive attitude and good work ethic.
* Be proficient with IT and good working knowledge of MS office
* Competency with audio typing is essential.
* Be able to manage a varied workload and meet strict deadlines.
* Be self-motivated.
* Have good attention to detail.
* A good sense of humour
