Description
This is an unusual and interesting piece signed by the artist Jane Palang in 1993. Mrs Mouse is playing kites and balloons with her baby both dressed beautifully in period Victorian attire. The detail is exquisite and the frame is a double mat with a wooden outer that features fine line detailing in grey.
