For sale is my 1980 Kawasaki Z200 Café Racer, W registration, which has been extensively rebuilt and customised into a really cool retro-style bike.
The bike has been given a huge amount of work and features a combination of the original Kawasaki character with a modern custom finish.
The build includes:
1980 Kawasaki Z200

Powder-coated engine casings
Powder-coated forks and fork bottoms
Powder-coated wheels
Powder-coated swing arm
Stainless steel footrests
Lots of stainless-steel nuts and bolts

The bike has been extensively rebuilt rather than simply being cosmetically modified, and the overall finish is very smart.
It has a great little single-cylinder engine and has plenty of character. It starts and runs well and is a really enjoyable lightweight bike for riding around country lanes and local roads.
It has the look and feel of an old-school Japanese custom while benefiting from the work that has gone into the rebuild.
This is a proper little retro custom and certainly gets attention wherever it goes.
I bought the bike following the above rebuild and have continued to use and enjoy it since. It is being sold as a used, customised classic motorcycle, so viewing is welcome for anyone seriously interested.
