Integrative Medical Wellbeing

I provide doctor-led therapeutic bodywork and integrative wellbeing support, informed by my training as a medical doctor and a qualified mental health professional.

My work focuses on helping individuals reduce stress, release physical tension, and restore a sense of regulation and calm within the body.

I am a female therapist and sessions are:
Professional and non-sexual
Consent-based and trauma-aware
Grounded in medical and anatomical knowledge
Therapeutic Massage

Massage sessions are offered as standalone wellbeing treatments aimed at relaxation, stress reduction, and physical ease.

Sessions are unhurried, respectful, and conducted within clear professional boundaries.

Where requested, and with explicit consent, sessions may include reflective discussion or low-level wellbeing guidance. No diagnosis, prescribing, or formal psychiatric treatment is provided unless separately agreed and documented.
