Rare & absolutely gorgeous MID CENTURY DANISH WALL SCONCE, heavy glass wall light made up of solid glass bars stacked in various shades of blue. The glass has the appearance of having been hand blown.
Designed by Danish lighting & furniture designer, Svend Aage Holm-Sørensen, CIRCA 1960 & made in Denmark.
I’ve stripped the original wiring, so it needs to be wired for the UK, or is ready for universal wiring wherever you happen to be…
Fabulous decorative piece. Absolutely sumptuous colours.
CONDITION: Excellent, no issues, there may be minor traces, if any, of minimal wear as the piece is over 60 years old - However no damage!
The back plate is metal & the glass unit simply slides into the frame which hooks over a wall screw to hang.
