Hi there my name is Colette & I am a qualified Kinesiologist in both Touch For Health & Creative Kinesiology, as well as Kinetic Chain Release (KCR).
I also offer Chakra Balance Healing, to bring the Chakras back into alignment. Everything I am trained in, is all about realigning & rebalancing the body’s systems, from some kind of stress, trauma, blockage of energy, whether that is physical, mental, or emotional.

Kinesiology is a muscle testing system, that works through the switching off & on of the muscles, it has been designed with the integration of modern chiropratic, naturopathy, osteopathy, ancient Chinese techniques including the meridians & acupressure points, to get to & alleviate the root of the body’s pain, whether it is something recent, long time suffering, chronic pain.

As a Kinesiologist I will bypass the conscious mind, to find the answers on a deeper subconscious level, through a simple muscle test.
Both Kinesiology & KCR will increase your vitality or “Vital Force” also known as Chi Energy, (one of the main aims in all Three of the holistic treatments I offer), by improving your physical energy, your physical balance, your posture, your attitude to life, your overall wellbeing by helping to ease & release the causes of conflict & disharmony within the body.
Kinesiology also incorporates the use of crystals, sounds, oracle cards, smells, Bach flower remedies, & a whole array of other items that your body may need to help facilitate its healing.

Kinetic Chain Release (KCR) is a much more set pattern of steps that follow along the body, using gentle stretching techniques, designed to create postural changes through subtle adjustments, which can release many causes of chronic pain. KCR corrects the imbalance experienced in the hips due to a difference in leg length, which can bring on a whole cascade of symptoms, as the body will adjust itself to counter balance the problem, which appears unrelated. We then learn to accept, accommodate & live with it, all while the suffering compounds, when all that is needed are some small adjustments to help release the stuck kinetic energies, for the body to return to it’s full range of motion & potential.

Chakra Balance Healing is achieved by first dowsing along the Chakra system to see which ones are off line, once discovered I tap into the Universal energy to help shift the blocked, clogged up area, so that I can help channel the frequency, vibration that allows the bodies chakras to clear & facilitate in their spinning again as they should be. During this healing process I allow my hands to move where they are directed to go, & I will move around the body, sometimes placing my hands directly on it, other times keeping them further away. Anything I feel needs clearing out, will be offered up to the Lilac flame to be purified.

As a side note the creator of Kinesiology was a man named Dr George Goodheart, an American Chiroprator, who made the first correlation between finding a weak muscle & making it stronger, however it was another Chiropractor John Thie who crafted it into what is now World renowned, for the last Fifty years as Touch For Health Kinesiology.

Kinetic Chain Release was developed by Hugh Gilbert a Scottish Physiotherapist, who qualified in 1969, & developed KCR in 1990, it has become known as the “Gold Standard Bodywork Protocol”
