Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.

Salary: Competitive Salary of £16.00 - £18.00 PH, Depending on Experience.

Location: Nelson, Lancashire BB9.

Schedule: Monday – Thursday.

About The Role:

They are looking for a Skilled Fabricator with at least 5 years of fabrication experience to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be highly competent working with stainless steel, aluminium, and mild steel, and will take pride in their workmanship.

Responsibilities Include:

Fabricate components in stainless, aluminium, and mild steel
Produce high-quality finishes with precision and attention to detail
Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately
Collaborate effectively with the team and communicate clearly
Identify where extra finesse or refinement is needed in a job
Contribute to a safe, clean, and efficient workshop environment

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a fabrication role
Strong practical skills and a keen eye for detail
Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively
Professional, reliable, and a strong team player
Committed to delivering top-quality work on every project

Company Benefits:

Hourly rate: £16.00 – £18.00 per hour (based on experience)
Working hours:
Standard: Monday to Thursday, 08:00 – 16:30; Friday, 08:00 – 14:00
Optional 4-day week: Monday to Thursday, 07:00 – 17:00

Overtime: Regularly available and paid at time-and-a-half (first 5 hours)
Holiday: 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays) +1 day after 5 years’ service
