Description
We are looking for an experienced Wood Assembly Operative/Joiner to work for a design manufacturing company based in Old Dalby, LE14 area of Leicestershire
These positions are on an ongoing basis and could become permanent for the right people
The Job:
Day Shift Monday to Friday 8am – 5pmYou will be helping to manufacture and assemble wooden display stands and plinthsUsing machinery to cut wood to size and then using tools to assemble them to client specsHand assembly workMay include operating basic tools or machinesThis can include power tools, router table, hand router and using nail guns to assemble podiums and MDF structureGood working conditionsSalary is between GBP13ph and GBP15ph depending on project and type of person needed About you:
Previous wood work experience – as machinist, carpenter, timber, assembly operative etcExperience in operating machines and various tools is requiredHave access to own transport due to location of the jobHappy to work in a workshop – this is not a site job LEC01
