Wet Paint Sprayer

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Wet Sprayer to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying spray paint coatings to various metal components, ensuring high–quality finishes and adherence to safety standards. Experience in powder coating would be beneficial.

Days/ hours of work:

Monday – Thursday 7am – 4.45pm

Responsibilities

Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, sanding, or masking prior to coating application Operate spraying equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring consistent application of finishes Maintain and troubleshoot spray booths and related machinery Inspect finished products for quality, colour consistency, and surface defects Follow health and safety protocols at all times Assist with the setup stations as required Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency Qualifications

Previous experience in wet spraying/painting (industrial, automotive, or similar) Strong understanding of paint preparation, mixing ratios, and application techniques Ability to read job sheets, specifications, and technical instructions Excellent attention to detail and quality control Good communication and teamwork skills Commitment to health & safety procedures This position offers a rewarding environment for those eager to expand their expertise in spray painting processes within a professional manufacturing setting.
