Job Title: Weekend Relief Operator
Location: Castle Cary, Somerset
Pay rate: £14.54 per hour day shifts & £17.44 per hour night shifts
Working hours: Rotating shift pattern (See below)
Job Type: Temporary with the possibility to go permanent/full timeShift Pattern:
Saturday & Sunday : 10am-10pm
Saturday & Sunday: 10pm-10am
(Weekday overtime available)HRGO Recruitment are looking for a hardworking Relief Operator to support our clients Factory in Castle Cary. Our clients are a very successful pet care manufacturer, who are dedicated to creating naturally healthy foods that will keep your pets full of energy.
The Relief Operator will be responsible for assisting in the operation of machinery and equipment to ensure efficient production of goods. This role is crucial in maintaining production schedules and meeting quality standards.
General Duties
Sanitation activities every 10 days
Operating bag packing machine
Quality checks
Quality assurance
Ensure good manufacturing practices in the packing hall
Ensure good hygienic practices in the packing hallRole Requirements:
Previous manufacturing experience (Preferred not required)
Good attention to detail
Happy to work rotating shift pattern (and overtime when available)
