As Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Planning and scheduling all workshop jobs, ensuring timely delivery

Leading weekly production meetings and overseeing daily workflow

Managing and developing a team

Conducting quality checks and implementing improvements

Overseeing stock control, purchasing, and delivery checks

Driving process improvements, systems improvements and supporting new product builds

As Operations Manager, your experience will include

Proven background in production, manufacturing or workshop operations

Strong leadership and performance management skills

Strong organisational and planning skills

Comfortable using production software or tracking systems

Knowledge of vehicle conversions or automotive standards (not essential)
