About the Role:

Our client, a leading manufacturer of luxury interior components for the marine and automotive sectors, is seeking a skilled Sprayer/Finisher to join their workshop team based in Poole, Dorset.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on bespoke, high–end products for some of the most interesting projects around. You ll be part of a small, skilled team producing finished components to the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and finish a wide range of interior components hardwood trims, and composite panels Carry out high–quality spraying using 2K paint systems, lacquers, and other finishing materials Sanding, priming, polishing, and detailing to deliver a flawless final finish Work from specifications to ensure finishes meet exacting visual and performance standards Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient spray booth and work area Liaise with other production staff to meet tight project deadlines Requirements:

Previous experience as a sprayer/finisher in the marine, automotive, furniture, or aerospace industries Skilled in applying high–gloss, satin, and matte finishes using various paint and lacquer systems Strong eye for detail and a methodical approach to surface preparation and finishing Ability to work independently and as part of a close–knit team Good understanding of health & safety practices in a workshop/spray environment What s on Offer:
